At the Trust Business Summit 2025, CMI, Corporación Multi Inversiones, was recognized as a Triple Trust Company in the study “Reputation in Central America 2025: The Value of Trust.” The research, organized by Estrategia & Negocios Magazine, DATOS Group, and PIZZOLANTE, included the participation of more than 4,800 people across six Central American countries.
The recognition highlights both the corporation and the leadership of Juan José Gutiérrez Mayorga, Chairman of CMI Foods and Chairman of the Board at Del Real Foods. His vision has been essential in strengthening confidence in the company, its brands, and its corporate management.
Triple Trust: Company, Leader, and Brand
The study’s methodology was based on two groups: the general public and an informed audience composed of Estrategia & Negocios readers and regional business executives.
To receive this distinction, organizations had to be voted among the most trusted in all three evaluated categories:
- Trusted Company
- Trusted Business Leader
- Trusted Brand
CMI achieved recognition in all three areas, reflecting how trust extends from its business portfolio to the perception of its executive leadership.
The Leadership of Juan José Gutiérrez Mayorga
As Chairman of CMI Foods and Del Real Foods, Juan José Gutiérrez Mayorga has led with consistency and integrity, guided by CMI’s values of Responsibility, Excellence, Integrity, and Respect (REIR, ‘laughter’ in Spanish). His leadership has been key to maintaining transparency in every operation, promoting a business model that combines growth with social and environmental responsibility.
The Triple Trust Central America 2025 distinction reflects both the institutional consistency of CMI and the leadership that drives it forward, one that integrates sustainability, ethics, and strategic vision.
This recognition reaffirms that trust is built through consistent actions, and that CMI’s reputation across the region continues to grow thanks to its enduring commitment to creating life-changing opportunities.
